CBS will cover the opening activities throughout the day starting at 7:00 a.m. Both CBS This Morning and CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley will air live from Washington, D.C. The live stream can be viewed on CBS News' CBSN, 24/7 network livestream news channel. CBSN will also be broadcasting the opening events on Thursday night.

Fox News will broadcast the ceremony live, with anchor Shepard Smith providing comments, on its website and its application starting at 11 a.m. ET. To see it through the application you should ask your provider how to do it.
